To Our Cherished Clients

To respect our artists’ time, ensure fairness to all clients, and allow those waiting for appointments the opportunity to book available time slots, the following policies apply to every appointment booked at Lash Pro & Beauty Basics. These guidelines help us manage our schedule thoughtfully while continuing to provide the high level of care and service you expect and deserve.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to book the following services:

• Full Sets (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega)

• Lash Lifts

• Brow Laminations

• Foreign Refills

Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received.

Deposit refunds:

• Refundable with proper cancellation notice (see below)

• Deposits are forfeited if proper notice is not given and the appointment cannot be filled

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointment length determines the required notice period:

• Full Sets (2 hours or longer): 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• All other services: 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations:

• Services with a deposit: the 50% deposit is forfeited if the appointment cannot be filled

• Services without a deposit: a 50% cancellation fee applies and must be paid prior to rebooking

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and will be required to provide 100% pre-payment for future bookings.

Future Bookings After a Policy Violation

Clients who cancel late may be required to provide a 50% deposit on their next appointment.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be required to provide 100% pre-payment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule (with applicable fees) or have their service time shortened. We are unable to extend appointments due to late starts.

Why These Policies Exist

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows impact our artists’ schedules and prevent other clients from booking available time slots. These policies ensure fairness and allow us to maintain the exceptional level of service Lash Pro & Beauty Basics is known for.
